Ongoing Company Compliance in Bulgaria
One contact in Bulgaria who keeps your company in order all year: deadlines, company decisions, Commercial Register changes, bank requests and renewals. You run your business, and we make sure nothing important is missed, even if you live abroad.
Many owners of Bulgarian companies have an accountant, and they think this covers everything. It covers a lot, but not all. The accountant does the books and the tax returns. But who reminds you that the owner must sign a decision to approve the annual accounts? Who updates the Commercial Register when your address or manager changes? Who answers when the bank asks for new documents about your company, or when your residence permit needs renewal? If you live abroad, these small things are easy to miss, and some of them come with fines. Our ongoing compliance service puts all of this in one place.

Why this matters
Most compliance problems don’t come from big mistakes. They come from small things nobody noticed: a letter that wasn’t opened, a decision that wasn’t signed, a change that wasn’t registered, a bank request answered too late. Each is small, but together they can mean fines, a blocked bank account, or problems when you want to sell the company or take out dividends.
With this service, someone in Bulgaria watches your company for you. You get a short message when something needs your attention, and the rest happens in the background.

How it is different from accounting
The accounting service is about your books, taxes and payroll. This service is about the company as a whole: its documents, decisions, registrations and relations with the bank and the authorities. Many of our clients use both, and then everything is coordinated by one contact. If you already have an accountant you are happy with, you can keep them, and we work together with them.
2026: the euro change
Companies registered before 2026 have their capital in leva and must change it to euro and update their documents in the Commercial Register by 31 December 2026. If your company still hasn’t done this, we can take care of it as part of the service, or as a separate one-time task.
Who is this for
This service is for owners of Bulgarian companies who live abroad or travel a lot, owners with more than one company or with partners, and anyone who simply prefers to know that someone is watching the details. It works well together with our virtual office, because official mail then arrives directly where your compliance is managed.
Let’s talk
Tell us about your company: when it was registered, if you have an accountant, if you live in Bulgaria or abroad, and what has been difficult so far. We will come back with what your company needs and a clear monthly or yearly price.
