Every Bulgarian company must have a registered address in Bulgaria. It’s written in the Commercial Register, it goes on your invoices and contracts, and it’s where official letters are sent, from the tax office, the social security institute, courts and banks. Why the address matters more than people think

Many founders see the address only as a formality for the registration. But the tax office and other institutions can send official letters to this address, and some of them come with deadlines. If a letter sits unread in a mailbox for weeks, you can miss a deadline without even knowing about it. Banks and business partners also look at the address of a company. A proper business address looks much better than PO box.

What a virtual office is not

We want to be honest about this. A virtual office is an address and a mail service. It’s not a workplace, and it doesn’t by itself prove that your company is really managed from Bulgaria. If you live in another country, the tax rules there may still matter, no matter where the company address is. How it works

You tell us the name of your company, or of the company you are registering, and we send you an agreement for the address service. We provide the documents for the Commercial Register, and from the first day, all mail that comes for your company is received, scanned and sent to you. If you register your company with us, the address is included in the registration process, so everything is ready at the same time.
